It is with profound sadness that I, together with the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan and the entire Legislative Body of the Municipality of Abuyog, extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and loved ones of the late Former Congresswoman Carmen L. Cari.

We mourn the loss of a dedicated public servant whose life was devoted to serving and uplifting our people. Her kindness, commitment, and valuable contributions to our community will always be remembered and treasured.

As you go through this difficult time, may you find comfort in the love and memories she left behind. May the good Lord grant her eternal rest and give her family the strength, comfort, and peace they need in this time of sorrow.
