A 3 Tier Lighted 50th Birthday Cake for my Niece,in moist triple choco filled MoCha ganache and Moist Butter cake as base, frost with Whipped Cream cheese, with acrylic separators between cake tier, adorn with wafer paper flowers in Gold, gold leaf to decor on cake sides,artificial Ginko leaves and led lights to finish.

This cake was made for one of our closest friends who was turning 70 more than a year ago, His daughter asked me to create a 70th Birthday cake for her father in a Black and Gold Themed cake...
though she sent me the design, it was so common and the most used design by most local bakers in town..
until she told me,

" Ikaw nla it Bahala anu mga design Basta meada cake"😅
This is my favorite line from clients😁

By that time then- though not well equipped with the needed Materials for the cake deco..so I devised another plan,

In a world of decadence and sophistication,
Black & Gold theme emerges as a timeless color combination and usually takes center stage in the realm of celebrations.

The cake is a combination of Square and cylindrical shape adorned with pure Chocolate
barks,Chocolate spheres painted in gold, wafer paper Tulle ,Sails and corals from top to bottom...
The cake base is a nutty triple moist chocolate cake with Cream and ganache
iced with Whipped cream cheese frostings.

This cake is a pure sophistication and indulgence in every bite of this luscious and delectable cake.

Large loaf 8x3"
