CHICKEN LIVER ADOBO🫰🥰
1. Chicken liver 250grams
2. Soy sauce (3tbsp)
3. Black pepper corn (1/2 tsp)
4. Dark soy sauce (2tbsp)
5. Vinegar (3tbsp)
6. Chilli (optional)
7. Ginger (5 thin slices)
8. Garlic (4 cloves)
9. Cooking wine (2tbsp)
10. Cooking oil (2tbsp)
11. Sugar (1/2 tsp)
HOW TO COOK:
CLEAN ALL THE INGREDIENTS (make sure to wash them)
AND PUT ALL SOLID INGREDIENTS cover and cook for 5mins
THEN ADD THE LIQUID INGREDIENTS except the vinegar. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF WATER COVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 15MINS (medium heat).
ADD THE VINEGAR AND COOK UNTIL SAUCE DECREASE LET THE COVER OPEN.
(don't cook too long chicken liver might smash)
