MEET Mr. Joe Riz B. Quinesio

Elite Models Aklan (EMA) proudly introduces our Founder and Executive Director, Joe Riz Joeriz Quinesio

With a passion for style and pageantry sparked in 1999, Joe Riz has since become a creative force in the fashion and pageant industry. In 2014, he launched Joeriz & Co., a bespoke fashion house known for its stunning custom-made dresses, suits, and formal wear. That same year, he established Elite Models Aklan, after recognizing the potential of local fashion and pageant groups, helping them compete successfully across Aklan and neighboring provinces, bringing home crowns and titles along the way.

Joe Riz’s designs have reached global stages, including a Philippine Flag-inspired outfit for Roberta Tamondong, Miss Eco Teen International 2020, a standout suit for Mr. Supranational Philippines John Adajar in 2022, and even a gift creation for Miss Universe 2nd Runner-Up Janick Maceta after her hosting of the preliminary competition. His work continues to leave a mark on pageants, weddings, debuts, and milestone events, making his brand a name synonymous with creativity, culture, and style in Aklan and beyond.

Today, Joe Riz also serves as Regional Director and Designer of Mister & Miss Teen World Philippines - Boracay Island and Aklan Province. His mentorship has already brought pride to Aklan, with Miss Kathleen Monjardin winning Miss Teen Icon Philippines 2025, earning the right to represent the Philippines internationally.
