In Japan, employees who arrive early at work deliberately park their cars FARTHER from the office entrance - leaving the closer spots for colleagues who might be running late.

This practice, whether widespread or not, represents something absolutely beautiful about human consideration.

Imagine choosing to walk a little further so someone rushing in doesn't have to. Reducing someone else's stress before they even know they need help.

This embodies the Japanese concept of omoiyari - deep empathy and thoughtfulness toward others. It's about making small sacrifices for the collective good.

These employees could easily claim the best spots as a "reward" for punctuality. Instead, they choose consideration over convenience.

Such a small gesture, but it creates ripples of kindness that could transform any workplace.

In a world where we're often told to look out for ourselves first, what if we made space for others instead?

DISAPPOINTED SA WORK ETHIC

Kumain ako sa Jollibee kanina.Sa buong buhay ko, ngayon lang ako na-disappoint sa work ethic ng isang Jollibee worker. Nasanay ako na masayahin at full of energy ang mga crew ng sikat na food chain na ito. Pero di ako makapaniwala sa nakita ko. May natutulog. Naiintindihan ko kung pagod siya, pero sana naman dun siya natulog sa lugar kung saan di siya makikita ng mga customers. Lalo na't busy ang store ng mga oras na yun. Ang nakakainis pa, hinayaan lang siya ng mga kasamahan nya - pati ng manager nila. Hindi ako nakatiis. Kinunan ko siya ng picture. Kita mo ba?
