5 things I have learned from this journey

1. Mas pinatibay ko ang aking disiplina

Ngayong linggong ito, pinatunayan ko sa sarili ko na kaya kong tumanggi sa tukso ng pagkain sa labas ng oras ko ng fasting. Mas pinili ko ang kalusugan kaysa sa panandaliang cravings.

2. Nasunod ko ang aking fasting schedule

Halos araw-araw, nasunod ko ang itinakdang oras ng pagkain at pahinga ng tiyan (fasting window). Ang consistency na ito ay malaking tagumpay para sa katawan at disiplina. Pinakinggan ko Rin ang aking sarili sa mga panahon na kailangan nya ring kumilos at magpahinga

3. Mas naging mindful ako sa pag-inom ng tubig

Binigyang-pansin ko ang hydration, lalo na sa fasting hours — isang mahalagang aspeto para manatiling malusog at energized kahit walang pagkain.

4. Pinili ko ang mas malinis at simpleng pagkain

Kapag oras na na kailangan ng katawan ko ng kaunting recovery food, mas pinili ko ang masustansya, high-protein, at whole foods na tumutulong sa recovery ng katawan.

5. Mas lumalim ang tiwala ko sa proseso
May mga araw na mahirap, pero hindi ako bumitaw. Araw-araw ay naging paalala na ang disiplina ko ay hindi lamang para pumayat, kundi para gumaling — sa katawan, isip, at puso.

Ilang buwan din akong natatalo ng aking kahinaan, Pero ngayong week na to kakaiba. IBA pala kapag bibigyan mo ng pagkakataong malimutan muna ng isip ang pagkain at magfocus muna sa meditation and prayer.

Anyway, bukas matatapos ang aking 100hrs fasting challenge 🙏✅
