🎂 Happy 3rd Birthday to my precious Jewel💕
Ada Oma m ❤️❤️❤️
Today my baby girl turns 3, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude to God.

I wish you long life and prosperity, my love. May every good thing fall in pleasant places for you. May your life be filled with blessings, honor, and abundance. May you grow in God’s wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. May everything you touch be blessed.

As your Mama, I wish you nothing but the best this life has to offer. I pray God’s favor over you all the days of your life 🙏🏾

Happy Birthday, my baby girl.

Mommy loves you beyond words 💛

Okay ladies, can we have an honest conversation for a second? 😄

After my last baby, my period came back COMPLETELY different — heavier than ever, and my regular pads just couldn’t keep up. So I did what any resourceful mama would do… I grabbed my baby’s diaper. 😂
And it. Was. A. LIFESAVER.
I can’t be the only one who figured this out! Whether you’ve done it, thought about it, or have your own survival trick — share it below. This is a judgment-free zone, mama. We’re all just out here figuring it out together. 💛
Also — proper disposal tip inside. Please read! 👇

Let me break down exactly how I use it because I know some of you are curious 😊
My first 3 to 4 days are extremely heavy — like embarrassingly heavy. Regular sanitary pads just cannot hold the flow and it was causing me so much stress and anxiety every single month. Then one day I thought — my baby’s diaper is literally designed to hold liquid for hours. Why not?
And honestly? It changed everything for me. I use it for the first 3 to 4 days when the flow is at its worst, and then I transition back to my normal pad from day 4 or 5 onwards when things calm down. No more leaks. No more panic. No more ruined clothes. 🙌🏽
I debated whether to share this publicly but then I thought — if this helps even ONE mama out there, it is worth it. We don’t talk enough about how much our bodies change after having babies, and heavy postpartum periods are so real and so common. You are not weird. You are not alone.

Just one important reminder — please please PLEASE dispose of your used pad or diaper properly. Do not throw it loosely into a dustbin where it can cause hygiene problems. The best way is to burn it safely or find another proper disposal method. Let’s keep our homes and surroundings clean for our little ones too. 🌿

Mamas — have you experienced this? What has helped you manage heavy flow? Share your tips and experiences in the comments. Let’s help each other out because we are stronger together!
