Strengthening Teaching Through Continuous Professional Learning

Quality education grows through continuous learning, not only for students but for teachers as well. The recent visit of Ms. Edelwiza Cadag, Education Program Supervisor in Filipino, and Ms. Florita David, Education Program Supervisor in Mathematics, to Saguin Integrated School reflects the importance of providing continuous professional support and development to educators.

Through classroom observations, constructive feedback, and technical assistance, the supervisors supported the Filipino and Mathematics teachers in improving their teaching strategies, classroom management, and instructional practices. Their guidance, recommendations, and collaborative efforts encouraged teachers to enhance the delivery of the curriculum and respond more effectively to the diverse learning needs of their students.

The activity strengthened the commitment of teachers to continuous professional growth and improvement. It also fostered collaboration, reflection, and sharing of best practices, ultimately contributing to better teaching, meaningful learning experiences, and improved educational outcomes for every learner.
