Adobo sa Asin para halawig ang buhay ning pang-ulam 🍽️

ADOBO SA ASIN RECIPE

Ingredients:
500g pork belly, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 heads garlic, crushed, skin on
1/2 tbsp vinegar
3 pcs small bay leaves
1/2 tsp magic sarap

Instructions:

In a pan, combine pork, water and salt.
Turn on heat to low setting and simmer for 45 minutes covered, or until the pork is tender.

After 45 minutes, add your seasonings,
the ground pepper, whole peppercorn, bay leaves, vinegar and magic sarap.

Cover and cook for another 15 minutes or until the water has evaporated.

Add the garlic and fry the pork until browned.

TROPICAL STORM ( ) ADVISORY NO. 01
Issued at: 8:00 AM PhT (00:00 GMT) Wednesday, 24 Sept 2025

• Tropical Storm OPONG (BUALOI) has been upgraded from a Tropical Depression, and now poses a serious threat to the Bicol Region, Samar and Quezon Provinces. This system could bring life-threatening rainfall and damaging winds over the affected areas. According to the ECMWF model, strike probability over the Bicol Region is now very high at 70–90%. Residents are strongly advised to implement precautionary measures as early as possible as the storm approaches.

•• 48-hr Outlook: Tropical Storm OPONG is forecast to maintain its WNW track and could become a Severe Tropical Storm by tomorrow morning (Sept 25). By Friday morning (Sept 26), OPONG will begin accelerating at a forward speed of 31 km/hr as it moves across the Albay Gulf, and could strengthen into a Category 1 Typhoon with winds of 120 km/hr.
