LESSON 5: EXEMPLIFICATION

We see examples everywhere in real life. For instance, when recommending a movie and explaining why it is good, or when describing your favorite food by talking about its taste and ingredients. Exemplification in writing works the same way. It uses examples to make ideas clearer and easier to understand

Check out today’s lesson material and see how giving the right examples can make your writing more convincing and relatable.

Quarter 3 – Lesson 4: CLASSIFICATION

Just like how we organize things in real life, whether it’s grouping classmates for an activity, arranging your tasks for the day, or sorting your favorite snacks, Classification helps us make sense of information by putting ideas into clear categories

Today’s lesson material will show how writers use this pattern to explain concepts more clearly and make reading easier.

Check it out and level up your writing skills.

STORY TIME MUNA TAYO
It was November 8, 2015 when I went out of the apartment I was staying at in Tacloban for my usual evening jog sa baywalk. My routine was simple: walk to Sto. Niño Church from 4:30 to 5:00, attend the mass, then jog by the bay after.
As in, hundreds of them. The sight gave me goosebumps. It was my first time to see something so solemn and powerful, isang mahabang linya ng mga kandila na parang walang katapusan.
Grabe.
Tandaan natin:
✔️ Gina Lopez fought to protect areas like Homonhon Island, where mining by companies like Mt. Sinai Mining, Techiron Mineral Resources, and Emir Minerals destroyed forests and coastlines.
✔️ She believed that ecotourism, not exploitation, was the key to real, sustainable progress.
