🥞🥞 Best Pancake Recipe 🥞🥞
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Make the batter:
- Mix together the wet ingredients.
- Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. It is fine if there are some lumps.

2. Cook the pancakes:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges are set (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook for another minute.

3. Serve:
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

If the batter feels too thick, gradually add milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.

Sweet and Sour Sauce

A quick and easy sauce that’s the perfect mix of sweet and tangy!

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce. Heat over medium.
In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch, then add to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Add black pepper, and it’s ready!

Serve with stir-fries, grilled meats, or veggies. Enjoy!

Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus (Quick & Healthy) 🫛🍣

INGREDIENTS
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets Skin-on is ideal for retaining moisture.
1 pound asparagus spears Choose bright green spears with firm tips, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon Sliced into rounds
3 cloves garlic Minced
1 teaspoon salt To season the dish
½ teaspoon black pepper For a touch of heat
Optional herbs:
Dill, parsley, or paprika for extra flavor

INSTRUCTIONS

reheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prep the ingredients: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
Assemble the foil packets:
Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray.
Arrange a handful of asparagus spears in the center.
Lay a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus.
Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Add minced garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
Seal the foil packets: Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, crimping the edges to seal tightly.
Bake:
Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
Check for doneness: The salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.

Pandesal Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup veg oil
1 cup warm water
1tbsp dry actives yeast.
1 cup breadcrumbs for coating

Procedure:
Mix all dry ingredients and mix well,Add eggs, water,veg oil,then mix for about 5 mins then add butter.Then knead about 10 mins manually or by dough mixer if you have.Form into a ball this coat with oil and wrap it with cling film and let it rise for 1 hr until double it size.
Release the air by poking or punching the dough.Form a ball or cut into your desired size you like then coat with bread crumbs then let it rest for another 1 hr.Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 17 mins.
Then serve while hot,delicious😋

Procedures :
* in a bowl ibeat muna ang eggs.

* ilagay ang vanilla essence, white sugar, 6 sachets milo at baking powder, haluin ng mabuti ang mga ingredients.

* salain para mawala ang mga buo-buo, then isalin sa molder na gusto mo.

* i steam ng 20 minutes or more until maluto ang Milo cake.

* after 20 minutes i-check kung luto na.

* kapag luto na buhusan sa ibabaw ng melted chocolate, goya dark chocolate pala ang ginamit ko.

HOMEMADE TANG ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
1 can evaporated milk (354 ml)
2 cups of whipping cream (whipping cream)
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and evaporated milk. Add the Tang envelopes and stir well until the dust is completely dissolved in the mixture.
2. In another bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until well mounted and forms firm peaks.
3. Add the milk and Tang mix to the whipped cream. Gently mix with a spatula until everything is well incorporated and has a homogeneous texture.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-friendly container, cover and leave it in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely firm.
5. Take the ice cream out of the freezer a few minutes before serving so it softens a little and makes it easier to serve.

Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
1 lb spaghetti noodles (adjust quantity as needed)
6-8 garlic cloves, minced (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup butter
Olive oil (3 drizzles)
Italian seasoning, to taste
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:

Pork Belly with Green Peppers

Ingredients:

300g pork belly
2 green peppers
1 red pepper (optional)
1 scallion
2 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
cooking oil
chicken stock (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the pork belly into thin slices; remove the seeds from the green and red peppers and cut into strips; cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and mince the garlic for later use.

2. Prepare the pork belly: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan, put the pork belly slices into the pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow. After the oil comes out, remove from the pan and drain the oil for later use.

3. Stir-fry spices: Leave some oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Sauté the green peppers: Add the green peppers (and red peppers) to the pan and sauté until slightly softened.

5. Mix the meat slices: Add the fried pork belly slices into the pan and continue to stir-fry evenly.

6. Seasoning: Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and white pepper powder to season, stir well so that the meat slices and green peppers are fully flavored.

7. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well seasoned: Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to ensure that all ingredients are evenly mixed and the pork belly and green peppers are well seasoned. If you like, you can add a small amount of chicken stock to enhance the flavor.

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dressing.
