“The Aboitiz Group recently broke ground on a new industrial site inside its 800-hectare LIMA Estate in the province of Batangas, paving the way for locator companies to set up shop or expand their operations inside the special economic zone.
Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC), the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, said the new 96-hectare industrial site designation can accommodate the demands of manufacturing, logistics, and automotive firms planning to locate in the Calabarzon (Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon) region.”
