File organization in gdrive / onedrive
Kung gusto mo maging VA, isa ito sa kailangan mong matutunan gawin.
You need to learn how to organize and categorize the documents sa gdrive or sa onedrive. Naming conventions plus numeral categorization ang tawag dito.
Simple lang naman ito. I-ra rank mo ang folders at documents according to how important it is.
In my case, numerals starts 00 onwards ito.
00 - pinka important na file
01 - another important
02 - and so on..
same goes sa folders.
00 - Finance
01 - HR files.
etc.
this way, pag nakita ng CEO boss mo na ganyan ka mag organize ng file, it will lead an impression na you know how to prioritize things.
BUT..
Before doing this kind of things sa file nila, ask mo muna si boss kung meron na bang existing naming conventions, if wala, go ahead and do it.
PERO
kung meron na, check the format if it really organizes the file. If you think pwede pa iimprove, suggest it but DO NOT IMPLY it right away..
Always seek approval first before changing anthing.
This type of task is specifically applicable to Executive Assistant to the CEO or other executives like finance manager, director, CEOO, Vps etc.

PS: Learned this from my ceo boss. Tinuro niya sakin to personally nung bago palang akong nag aasist sakanya. May you find a boss that is willing to teach things at first. And when you find one, always remember to be greatful, value their time, effort and trust na i-hire ka.
at the end the day, it is not just about earning a dollar rate. It is about the trust and relationship that you build with your client in order for you to become successful in the VA world.
Maraming mas magaling sayo, maraming VA/freelancer sa mundo na kasabay mo, pero ang isa sa magpapangat sayo above all those VAs, ay integrity. Madaling mag charge ng mahal, pero mahirap makaroon ng client na babalik-balikan ka.
