So why do we play chess? To have fun? Yes! Is it stressful? Sometimes. But ultimately, chess is a sport that fuels our competitive spirits and provides some fun. At the end of the day, it’s just a game meant to be played and the real battle lies outside the 64 squares. Happy New Year!
