✨𝟏𝟎 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐕𝐀-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐭 - 𝙋𝘼𝙍𝙏 𝙄𝙄✨

𝟲. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 📍– Unlike teaching, where my salary is fixed, my VA job allows me to earn more depending on how much effort I put in. The hustle is tough, but so are the rewards.

𝟳. 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 📍 – Being a VA has exposed me to new skills I never learned in teaching—SEO, digital marketing, project management, and more. It’s exciting to know that I’m growing in different fields.

𝟴. 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 📍 – Some people think working online is easy and assume I have a lot of free time. They don’t see the sleepless nights, the back-to-back tasks, and the effort it takes to juggle two demanding jobs.

𝟵. 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 📍 – I’ve learned that if I don’t take care of myself, I’ll burn out. Now, I try to squeeze in small breaks, naps, or even just moments to breathe so I can keep going.

𝟭𝟬. 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙩📍– Despite the exhaustion, the confusion, and the loneliness, I know that I am securing a better future for my family. That alone makes everything worth it.

𝟭. 𝙀𝙭𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 📍 – Every day feels like a marathon, teaching in the morning and working as a VA at night. It’s draining, but knowing that I’m doing this for my family keeps me going.

𝟯. 𝙇𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙞𝙣📍 – There are moments when I feel isolated, barely having time for myself. My days are spent working, and my nights are spent working again. But seeing my family happy makes all the sacrifices worth it.

𝟰. 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙠𝙚𝙮 📍 – Dealing with students during the day and demanding clients at night has tested my patience in ways I never imagined. But because of this, I’ve learned to stay calm and composed no matter the situation.

𝟱. 𝘿𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 📍 – Many people say my setup is impossible, but with discipline, proper time management, and lots of coffee, I’ve proven it can be done.
