Tropical Storm "EMONG" (International name: CO-MAY) is still being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Tropical Depression "FRANSCISCO" (formerly "DANTE") is still being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm "KROSA" also remains OUTSIDE the PAR and is continuously being monitored.

Associated Hazard: SERIOUS FLOODING is expected in low-lying areas and LANDSLIDES in mountainous areas.

Orange Warning: (Rizal, SanJose and Magsaysay)
Associated Hazard: FLOODING IS THREATENING in low-lying areas and LANDSLIDES in mountainous areas.

Yellow Warning: , (Malay, Buruanga, Nabas, Ibajay), , (SanJoaquin, Miagao, Igbaras, Guimbal, Tubungan, Leon, Tigbauan, Oton, IloiloCity, Pavia, SanMiguel, Alimodian, Dumangas, Zarraga, Leganes, SantaBarbara, Maasin, Cabatuan, NewLucena), (Calatrava, Toboso, CityOfEscalante, SagayCity and CadizCity)
Associated Hazard: FLOODING IS POSSIBLE in low-lying areas and LANDSLIDES in mountainous areas.

Meanwhile, Light to Moderate with occasionally Heavy rains are expected over (Magsaysay, Cuyo, ElNido, Taytay, Linapacan), (BarotacNuevo, Anilao, Di**le, Pototan, Mina, Janiuay, Badiangan, Lambunao, Dueñas, Calinog), (Tangalan, Makato, Malinao, Madalag, Libacao), (Jamindan, Tapaz), (Pulupandan, Valladolid, BagoCity, Murcia, BacolodCity, CityOfTalisay, SilayCity, EnriqueB.Magalona, CityOfVictorias, Manapla, SalvadorBenedicto and SanCarlosCity) within the next 2 to 3 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Busuanga, Coron, Culion and Agutaya) which may persist within 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: CBRN Simulation Exercise in Bacolod City!

The Bacolod City Fire Station headed by FSupt Jenny Mae C Masip, City Fire Marshal in close coordination with allied forces and key national and local agencies, will actively participate in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Simulation Exercises Phase 3: Functional Exercise happening today, July 22, 2025 at the Bacolod City Police Office Compound.

This significant activity is part of the DILG-led initiative to enhance inter-agency preparedness and response capabilities in CBRN-related incidents. The day will commence with the arrival and registration of participants at 7:00 AM, followed by welcome remarks from Hon. Greg Gasataya, Mayor of Bacolod City, and messages of support from:

🔹 PBGEN ALBERT G MAGNO – Chief, PNP EOD/K9
🔹 PBGEN ARNOLD THOMAS C IBAY – Regional Director, PRO NIR
🔹 FCSUPT RODOLFO P DENAGA, DSC – Regional Director, BFP NIR
🔹 FCSUPT RENATO B CAPUZ, DSC – Chief, Special Rescue Force, BFP NHQ

The functional simulation exercise proper will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude with the awarding of certificates to all participating agencies and offices.

This activity underscores our unwavering commitment to public safety and national resiliency through proactive emergency preparedness and coordination. 💪🔥🚒

Low Pressure update as of 8:00 PM today, 21 July 2025.
Low Pressure Area (LPA 07g) being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Another Low Pressure Area (LPA 7h) is being monitored inside PAR. Both LPAs have "MEDIUM" potential of developing into tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
