After a long, hot day and a week of hard work, we finally made it to date night at home—lobster, steaks, fully loaded bacon cheese potatoes, and asparagus on the side. Every bite tastes like victory. Ready to conquer the weekend! With my husband Robert Sult as a cook. ❤️

We’ve finished another great read!
Atomic Habits by James Clear is a must-read.
Here are some powerful lessons I learned:

Small habits lead to big results.

Make your habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying.

Stay consistent, even when it feels boring—success comes from showing up every day.
This book is a game-changer!

If you want to get better at something, you don’t have to make big changes. Just do small good things every day. Like brushing your teeth, saying kind words, or practicing reading—those little habits add up and make a big difference over time.

When you make a habit:

Make it easy to remember (like putting your book where you can see it).

Make it fun or nice (like reading with a snack).

Make it simple (just read one page).

Give yourself a high-five or a sticker when you do it—it feels good!

And even if it gets boring or you don’t feel like doing it, keep going. People who get really good at something are the ones who show up every day, even when it’s not exciting.

Tiny steps every day = big success later!

That's the power of ATOMIC HABITS. Tiny Changes. Remarkable Results.

What should I read next? 🤔

Grateful for another meaningful day spent with someone supporting many hardworking VAs in the Philippines—helping our kababayans reach their dreams. Also thankful for my husband wonderful friendship with them. And I’m especially thankful to finally start my job here in the U.S. after 6 months of waiting. Truly a season of blessings.

This book didn’t just teach habits—it reshaped my thinking. Can’t wait to stack those daily wins with Atomic Habits next!

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑰 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑻𝒉𝒆 7 𝑯𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒍𝒚 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆:

𝐁𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞
Take charge of your life; don’t let circumstances dictate your responses.

𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝
Know your values and vision—start every goal with your purpose in sight.

𝐏𝐮𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭
Focus on what truly matters; learn to say no to distractions.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐖𝐢𝐧-𝐖𝐢𝐧
Collaboration over competition—success is better when shared.

𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐝
True leadership and connection come from listening.

𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞
Teamwork can achieve what individuals alone never could.

𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐰
Invest in your personal renewal—mind, body, heart, and soul.

Now I’m diving into Atomic Habits by James Clear to build on that foundation—because real change starts with small, consistent steps.

Growth is a journey, and I’m all in. One page, one habit, one day at a time.
