Central Azucarera de Bais (CAB)

- Established in 1918 by Compania General de Tabacos de Filipinas, also known as Tabacalera.

It was one of the first two sugar centrals in the Philippines and pioneered the manufacture of paper from bagasse. The mill played a significant role in the development of Bais City and the sugar industry in Negros Oriental.

- Built in 1918, the chapel is a Spanish-American style structure with clapboard walls, arched windows, and a bell tower. It features a mahogany altar and antique statues of saints. The chapel has historical significance as it was visited by former Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon during his escape to Australia.
