Skinny ka? Skinny fat? O hindi mo lang gusto katawan mo ngayon? 👀
Paano magsimula kung skinny, skinny fat or kahit anong current physique mo⁉️
Maraming nagtatanong sakin neto kaya sagutin na natin in one go.
Noong nagsisimula ako, ang daming tanong sa utak ko: “Ano ba uunahin ko? Mag-cut ba agad ako? Mag-bulk? Cardio ba? Weights? Saan ako magsisimula?”
And maybe ganun din ikaw ngayon, confused, lost, overthinking kung tama ba yung gagawin mo.
Here’s the truth: walang perfect start. What matters is you actually start. Pero para malinaw, eto ang basics:
✅ Workout: If skinny ka or skinny fat, the best start is weight training. Focus ka sa progressive overload (unti-unting bigat at improve form). Huwag puro cardio, kasi ang kailangan mo is mag-build ng muscle.
✅ Nutrition: Hindi kailangan agad complicated. Stick to high protein (chicken, fish, eggs, whey), eat balanced carbs and fats. If skinny ka → slight calorie surplus. If skinny fat → start near maintenance calories, then adjust.
✅ Mindset: Hindi ito 2-week challenge. Hindi rin instant abs. This is about building habits. Showing up even when wala sa mood, learning as you go, at never comparing your day 1 to someone else’s year 5.
✅✅ And lastly, ito yung pinaka-importante: kahit anong workout program, kahit gaano ka-detailed yung meal plan mo, kahit gaano karaming motivation quotes ang makita mo all of that means nothing kung wala kang dedication at consistency.
Fitness will never magically appear in one snap. This is a lifelong process. Ang tunay na sikreto? Show up today, show up tomorrow, and never stop showing up.
Kasi at the end of the day, consistency will always win. 🔥
