We almost went back for the baby book… but good thing we didn’t. 😌

STORY TIME ❗️❗️

We woke up early to get ready for our little one’s vaccination. Quick shower, pack the diaper bag, then off we go!

We had already scheduled with our pedia beforehand para sa early slot and makauwi agad si baby. We also booked a taxi since we were trying to make it before doc’s lunch break.

Pagdating namin, kami na agad ang next patient, so everything was going smoothly.

Until we realized… naiwan namin yung baby book. 😅

For a moment, we thought about going back for it, but we both decided na huwag na. Sobrang init, and honestly, hassle na rin bumalik. We knew we could just have the records updated on our next checkup, so we let it go.

Baby was already crying pagdating pa lang, and of course, mas lalo nung vaccine time. 🥹

Thankfully, everything went well. After around 20 minutes, nakauwi na rin kami since malapit lang yung clinic.

Then a few hours later…

BIGLANG BUHOS ANG ULAN. 🌧️

And that’s when we realized na maybe it was a good thing we didn’t go back for the baby book.

If we had gone back, baka natagalan kami, maabutan ng lunch break ni doc, and worst of all, baka naabutan pa kami ng malakas na ulan.

Funny how sometimes, things don’t go exactly as planned, but somehow, they still work out. Maybe some things really do happen for a reason. 🫶🏼
