"Learn to be at your own space when your social batteries runs out."
Kung kailangan ko mapag-isa, go somewhere to reflect. When you are drained, take a coffee by yourself. Wala kang energy magreply or mag-usap, that's valid. May mga oras talaga na mabuburn out ka out of nowhere. Yung sudden shutdown to interact and to socialize. We can't find any reason or explanation behind it.
Deserve din natin ng "self vibe" paminsan minsan dahil tayo mismo, nauubos din.
