Ensure all process comply with food safety standards

Qualifications:
Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify, assess and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness and delivery terms.
Prepare, review and process purchase order (P.O.) in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production department to prevent shortage or overstocking.
Track and follow up orders to ensure timely and complete delivery of request items.
Maintain accurate records of purchases including purchase orders, pricing and delivery details.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

OFFICE-BASED SALES STAFF
Position Overview:
The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products/services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively
Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise daily activities involved in the manufacturing of products. This includes providing leadership in planning, coordinating and supervising tasks in different functions to ensure efficiency in daily operations. Leadership, organizational, planning and communication skills are required for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations
Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plans
Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.
