Some brand new products or items items are pre-ordered... Unless stated available on-hand. Most Albums, photos, items, here are pre-loved (ukay ukay or second hand). Second hand clothes, bags, shoes and others are displayed straight from the bales (bales comes from US and Cana
da). Pre-loved or ukay means USED!!! So manage your expectations and don't compare these items with Brand new ones. Some may have bumps, himulmul and signs of use. But most of our items are all in good shape and condition. As i don't get lower classes than CLASS A. please be sure of your sizes...

We will inform you if your item is ready to be shipped. Once your order arrives we will ship it immediately. You will receive your package within 1-3 working days from the date of ship out [local], for international, it depends on what courier you prefer. REFUND
If your order is still out of stock after 7 working days of processing (not included Saturday and Sunday), the buyer has 2 options:
Willing to wait until the item is available
Change the item with the exact amount of what the buyer ordered

Orders that are returned due to addressee unknown, incomplete address or unclaimed items are customers responsibility. If your package/s returned to us, we can send it back provided that the client will pay another shipping fee. Products and Shipping fee are non-refundable for unclaimed and undelivered items. Kindly double check your details before sending the order forms and also trace your order once in a while using the tracking number we had provided. Lost or misdelivered of package/s due to negligence of the courier in the destination place or country is not a responsibility of Kenshes Sarisari or the admins and sellers. We can forward you a copy of the official receipt of our courier which serves as a proof that we already shipped your package. SHIPPING
We only ship fully paid items. All shipping expenses will be shouldered by the shopper unless otherwise specified. We ship through LBC, JRS, and DHL. And via bus transposrts (victory liner, dagupan bus, pastas, dangwa, lizardo trans, GL trans, and other forms of transport provided it is avaialble)

You can avail of the products at a lesser price. A minimum of 6pcs per order (for the Bangkok Apparel) from different albums for you to avail of the wholesale price. You can upload/repost the photos to your stores as soon as you paid your initial order of 6pcs or more. Same goes to the pre-loved items, I give discounts for bulk orders.
