Counting calories isn’t just about food—it’s about testing my discipline, one day at a time.
After a mild cardiac event in 2020 and losing my sister-in-law to heart disease today, I’m reminded that health is a choice we must make daily.

I choose fitness not just for myself, but for my kids, my family, and the people I serve.

Adding more forms to track clients’ progress over time. I realized that I am more effective doing it manually or the old-school way rather than doing it online.

Tracking progress through data provides a clearer path and better interpretation of where we are in our clients’ fitness journey. Through the years, one thing remains true — data gives us a better understanding of what is happening, what adjustments need to be made, and how we can effectively achieve personal goals.

Clients must also be educated through proper documentation and progress tracking because numbers, records, and assessments tell the real story behind every transformation.

As coaches, our job is not only to train clients but to guide them with clear systems, measurable progress, and proper education.
