Tip #1: Can you converse casually in English?

You don’t need perfect grammar or a fancy accent to be a Real Estate VA.

What DOES matter is being able to chat NATURALLY, ASK questions, and respond CLEARLY, just like a real conversation.

Real estate agents communicate fast and casually, so confidence and clarity go a long way.

Want to improve your English communication?
• Practice casual conversations daily (even short chats help)
• Watch videos/movies/dramas in English and copy how they speak
• Read your favorite book out loud to improve flow and confidence and train your tounge.
• Don’t be afraid to ask, “Just to confirm…” or “Can you clarify this?”

If you can do this (or you’re willing to improve), you’re already on the right track!

NZ Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote - Full time)

We’re looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting a real estate office based in NZ with their day-to-day admin, and database tasks, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements
-Must have a previous experience or training in NZ real estate CRM tools like VaultRE or Property Suite (NZ or AU experience preferred)
-Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
-Organised and proactive
-Preferrably someone who can start next week.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage client CRM system - Property Suite
-Prepare and send listing and agency documents for signature
-Maintain and update property listings across websites and portals
-Prepare marketing materials and vendor reports
-Coordinate open home schedules, etc
-Perform database management, cleansing, and data entry
-Assist with social media scheduling and basic Canva designs
-Generate on-market reports and agent call lists
