Baguio City — Now on its third year, Valencia’s Restaurant continues to make waves in the local food industry, celebrating its anniversary by honoring the dedicated staff who stood by its side since day one—when it first opened at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Young entrepreneur Richard Valencia, the visionary behind the restaurant, expressed deep gratitude for the team that stayed committed despite the challenges of launching a food business during uncertain times.
“Actually, noong nagsimula kami, nandoon yung takot,” he shared. “Yung restaurant, isa sa mga pangarap na negosyo ng pamilya ko,” he added.
Richard credits much of the restaurant’s success to the unwavering support of his friends who helped him turn this dream into a reality.
Valencia’s Restaurant has since built a loyal following with its wide array of offerings—from their signature mouthwatering Paella to fresh salads, pizzas, Filipino favorites, pastas, cakes, and a tempting selection of freshly baked pastries and breads.
The restaurant also boasts a well-stocked bar, serving everything from freshly brewed rice coffee and iced drinks to your favorite shot of whiskey and other spirits.
Guests can enjoy breakfast every Saturday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., while merienda, lunch, and dinner are served daily throughout the week.
Located at #30 Outlook Drive, Baguio City, the restaurant features a spacious parking area and the cool, refreshing atmosphere the City of Pines is known for.
