The Department of Information and Communications Technology - DICT and IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) are looking for IT-BPM Industry Ambassadors to support and strengthen the Digital Cities 2025 program, which aims to transform high-potential cities into bustling IT-BPM hubs.
Through various interventions, you will help unlock opportunities for continued expansion, create quality employment for Filipinos, and reinforce the role of the industry as an engine of economic growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Act as resource speaker in Industry Awareness Fairs and Industry-Academe Events
2. Share your professional journey in IT-BPM as part of an industry marketing campaign
3. Assist in content creation to drive and promote the industry to Filipino talent
4. Work alongside DICT and IBPAP to plan, organize, and promote IT-BPM initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Currently working in the IT-BPM industry
2. Holds a manager position or higher
3. Has a tenure of at least 5 years
4. Knowledgeable, confident, and passionate to speak about IT-BPM
5. Can effectively build relationships and manage stakeholders
6. Willing to share time and expertise
7. Having roots in the countryside is a plus
8. Has managed or supported countryside operations is a plus
9. Experience as a resource speaker or brand ambassador is a plus
