๐ That is why we begin changes in vocational and technical education centers to transform them into innovative educational institutions. Places where theory and practice go hand in hand, and a person practices on real production.
One of the key innovations of the reform is that supervisory boards will be created at each center. What is it going to give?
๐น Increasing funding. Supervisory boards will be looking for sponsors, donors and partners;
๐น Involving employers in the learning process. Business will be able to cooperate with potential employees still during their training;
๐น Updating educational programs and methods;
๐น Increasing transparency and accountability. Supervisory boards will monitor the activities of the CPTO.
That is, business will be able to directly influence the quality of the centers' operation and training and employment afterwards will be more effective.
In particular, representatives of international companies will be included in the composition of the supervisory councils. This will allow global experience and expertise to adapt curriculum and teaching methods to global best practices.
The second step is strengthening the interaction of business and the centers of professional and technical education.
In 2024 employers have ordered training for about 5000 specialists at ะะตัะถะฐะฒะฝะฐ ัะปัะถะฑะฐ ะทะฐะธฬะฝััะพััั The benefits of such an initiative are the individual approach, use of various forms of learning and employer engagement, which allows the curriculum to be adapted to the real needs of the labour market.
