Recital of Panata sa Karapatang Pantao

In line with Patrol Plan 2030, at about 4:45 PM of December 5, 2025, PLT MA ROSELLE D DIAZ, HRAO PCO, led the recital of Panata sa Karapatang Pantao during the Flag Lowering Ceremony at BALAGTAS MPS, Brgy Borol 1st, Balagtas, Bulacan in commemoration to National Human Rights Consciousness Week from December 4 to 10, 2025.

This activity aims to promote awareness and understanding of human rights among PNP personnel in line with the nationwide observance of the National Human Rights Consciousness Week, and to reinforce the integration of human rights principles in police operations by reminding personnel of their responsibilities toward the community.
