𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄

𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞— On April 23, 2025, the showcase of skill, strength, and sportsmanship begins as Tomas del Rosario's college department begins this year's Intramurals. Each team starts its journey toward the top as they climb toward the goal of being known as the best. The event kicks off as each team makes a name for themselves in the parade, each team vying for the crown— Team Prometheus with their fiery spirit and undying light, Team Ae**us using their wits and ambition to change the winds, Team Poseidon crashing through the waves with a brave fervor, and Team Gaia being one with nature to strengthen their march. Afterward, the lighting of the torch signified the beginning of the battle between the minds of skill of each team. This was quickly followed by the Yell Competition as each team showcased their passion and determination to let them know they were the best. The opening program ended with the battle of moves as each team exhibited their skills through Modern dance, providing a spectacle to be held. As the Intramurals are in full swing, the players gear up and head straight into fervent competition with each other through sports.

Soon we will find out who rises above all the rest.

On this day, we commemorate the anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, a pivotal moment in Philippine history that showcased the true power of unity, democracy, and peaceful resistance. On February 1986, millions of Filipinos from all walks of life stood together in a peaceful demonstration, calling for justice, freedom, and the restoration of democracy.

May we be reminded of the importance of protecting our democratic rights and upholding truth. Let us honor this legacy by being responsible citizens and ensuring that the values of democracy endure for generations to come.

𝑪𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑼𝑺 𝑵𝑬𝑾𝑺

On February 9, 2025, the spirit of nostalgia and pride filled the air of Tomas del Rosario College as the Del Rosarians reunited for its highly anticipated Grand Alumni Homecoming. Alumnis from different years came together to celebrate the institution's 75th founding anniversary and its vibrant legacy.

Kicking off the event was a float and foot parade that proudly showcased the school's rich heritage, with the Del Rosarians marching through the streets in high spirits. After the parade, the festivities continued with a heartwarming program wherein the alumnis reconnected and bonded together.

This memorable gathering set the tone for the 75th founding anniversary of Tomas del Rosario College—a testament to the pure family bond shared by the Del Rosarians.

𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 — Today, the 10th day of February 2025, we commemorate the 75 years of academic excellence and existence of Tomas del Rosario College.

Different events have been prepared to celebrate this wondrous day. The students, alumnis, and staff of Tomas del Rosario College each paved a step building a massive project to commemorate this joyous moment for our alma mater.

The 4-day event, spanning from February 7-10, was dedicated to our loved alma mater, with the primary goal of giving back the love to our second home. The proud Del Rosarians each shared the joy of celebration by attending and contributing for the cause.

Tomas del Rosario College was a foundation of hope founded by our very own Mr. Tomas Guillermo T. del Rosario. With a vision of providing his fellow Bataeños with academic excellence, he built an academe that aims to provide quality education and exceptional individuals ready to face the world.

Today as we celebrate the "Araw ni Don Tomas" let us take our time to remember the achievements of our dear academe. Remember, how it was once the Tomas del Rosario Academy and how it paved its ways to become the Tomas del Rosario College that we all love and stayed by.

Happy 75 years of academic excellence to our beloved Berde Dilaw alma mater, Tomas del Rosario College. Always remember that in TRC, you are family.

With this let us all hold our heads high and be proud that we, are Del Rosarians.

𝑪𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑼𝑺 𝑵𝑬𝑾𝑺

As Tomas del Rosario College commemorates its 75th anniversary, students, teachers, and alumnis gather for "Takbong del Rosarian", an enthralling event that fostered our school spirit and pride, held on February 8, 2025. The fun run spanned various streets and landmarks of Balanga City, which showcased the athletic prowess of every runner, bringing the participants together in a show of camaraderie.

The participants spanned from all levels—elementary to college students, alumni, and staff. The run began in the dawn of the morning as the participants gathered at the registration booth, the runners then headed to their designated routes: The 3KM and the 5KM race. As the signal went off, participants dashed to their routes, capturing ribbons as they passed the checkpoints. These checkpoints offered rest and hydration for the runners, helping them as they embarked on their journey. One checkpoint after another, they obtained the ribbons as they reached the finish line.

Even through challenging conditions, Del Rosarian runners powered through the cascading rain and fatigue, demonstrating the resilience and determination they have to finish the run. Upon crossing the finish line and returning to the school's lobby, food and beverages were given out to replenish their energy. Finally, once everyone was settled, it was followed up by a Zumba dance that further energized the participants, providing a joyful end to the day, with smiles and laughter throughout.

𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒

Balanga City, Bataan – Tomas del Rosario College celebrated its first-ever Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, bringing the festive Christmas spirit to life for the Del Rosarians yesterday, November 22, at the school lobby . The event brought together school administrators, faculty, staff, and the Del Rosarians to witness the illumination of the Christmas tree, which transformed the campus into a glowing spectacle of light and joy, accompanied by cheerful Christmas music.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome from Ma’am Rochelle Villarias, followed by an inspiring prayer led by Dr. Rebecca B. Appelido, the College Dean. The Del Rosarians then sang the TRC Hymn, setting a tone of camaraderie and celebration. After that, Dr. Vicente Lintag, Vice President for Academics, Student Affairs, and Extension Services, delivered a heartfelt message, reminding everyone that "𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥."

Adding to the festive ambiance, the Gintong Himig Choir graced the evening with melodious Christmas carols, further heightening the excitement of everyone. As anticipation grew, a collective countdown from ten built up the momentous occasion—the lighting of the Christmas tree.

When the tree burst into light, it cast a dazzling glow across the whole campus, symbolizing hope, joy, and unity. The event was more than just a celebration; it became a moment of shared happiness and togetherness for the Del Rosarians. The evening concluded with smiles, laughter, and a renewed sense of community, marking the beginning of a joyful holiday season for all.
