We are currently looking for a pageant organizer / pageant enthusiast to collaborate with Bataan: Road to National Pageants 2026, a private pageant development program focused on national and international level preparation.
📌 ROLE & SCOPE
We are looking for someone who can assist with:
1. Program coordination and flow
2. Candidate management and scheduling
3. Rehearsals and finals night support
4. Backstage and on-ground coordination
This role is supportive and collaborative, not a controlling or handler role.
