According to the latest advisory from PAGASA (Issued 11:00 AM, Dec 4, 2025), Eastern Samar is now under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 due to Tropical Depression WILMA.

📉 What to Expect:

Winds: 39-61 km/h expected within the next 36 hours.

Rainfall: Moderate to heavy rains are expected. Please stay alert for possible flash floods or landslides, especially if you are in low-lying or mountainous areas.

Sea Conditions: Sea travel is risky for small sea crafts. Fisherfolk and those with small boats are advised not to venture out.

📍 Location of Eye: Last estimated 625 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar. It is moving West Southwestward at 20 km/h.
