WE ARE HIRING β MERCHANT SUCCESS SPECIALIST
In this role, you will work with merchants to monitor performance, identify problems and opportunities, communicate recommendations, coordinate with internal teams, and follow through to ensure issues are properly resolved and merchant performance continues to improve.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real experience, not simply claim that they are customer-focused, analytical, proactive, or hardworking.
You should be someone who:
- Can look at performance information and identify meaningful changes, patterns, problems, or opportunities.
- Does not simply pass a merchant issue to someone else and forget about it. You remain aware of the outcome and follow through until it is resolved or properly escalated.
- Can communicate clearly and professionally with merchants and internal teams, including when discussing problems, delays, performance concerns, or recommended actions.
- Understands that merchant performance is connected to business outcomes.
- Is interested not only in solving problems, but also in identifying opportunities to improve performance and create additional value.
- Is comfortable receiving an objective without requiring every individual step to be explained.
- Knows when additional information, clarification, assistance, or escalation is required.
- Understands that identifying a problem is not the same as solving it and remains involved until there is a meaningful outcome.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce, account management, customer success, merchant success, client management, operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with customers, clients, merchants, suppliers, or business partners.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Strong relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with business or performance data.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple merchants, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate problems and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams.
