Are you an aspiring youth leader ready to lead with values, vision, and voice? 🗣️

Be part of IpanaLOKAL: Knowledge-Sharing Sessions on Youth Participation and Governance — a two-day leadership program that aims to empower young leaders to engage in ethical, values-based, and participatory governance! ⚖️

Developed by the Model SK Network and Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking, a member organization of the National Anti-Poverty Commission Youth and Students Sectoral Council (NAPC-YSSC) and partnered with the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) and National Youth Commission (NYC), the activities hope to equip the next generation of youth leaders–from Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) and Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) members to Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) aspirants–with the skills and knowledge to effectively champion the youth interests and promote governance anchored in human rights, evidence, and genuine people’s participation.✊🏻

👥 Open to: YORP and LYDC members, SK aspirants (18–30 y/o, preferably from NCR)

WHEN WE GIVE BLOOD, WE ARE OFFERING A PART OF OUR LIVES TO SAVE THE LIFE OF SOMEONE ELSE.

Every two seconds, someone in the world needs blood. Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients and those battling cancer.

Our council together with our partner the Philippine Red Cross - Bataan Chapter will be conducting our regular blood donation drive this coming August 23, 2025 | 7 AM to 12 PM at St. Dominic de Guzman Parish Auditorium.

We are encouraging each one of you to donate blood and be part of this noble activity that would save more lives in our community.
