✅ Street-Style Sweet Corn in a Cup: Cheesy, Creamy & Addictive
👩🏻🍳 Ingredients (for ~4 servings)
▪️3 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
▪️1 to 1½ cups corn water (from boiling the corn)
▪️2–3 tablespoons margarine
▪️4–6 tablespoons condensed milk
▪️3–4 tablespoons cheese powder
▪️Sugar (optional, to taste)
👩🏻🍳Instructions
1️⃣ Boil the corn
1. Boil the corn kernels in water until tender (about 3–5 minutes).
2. Important: Do not throw away the water—this will be your “corn broth” base.
2️⃣ Prepare while hot
1. Place the hot corn into cups or a bowl.
Add a small amount of corn water (about 2–3 tablespoons per serving) so it has a little broth.
3️⃣ Add margarine
1. Add margarine while the corn is still hot and mix until melted and evenly coated.
4️⃣ Add condensed milk
1. Drizzle condensed milk over the corn and mix well.
5️⃣ Add cheese powder
1. Sprinkle cheese powder generously and mix until creamy and well combined.
6️⃣ Adjust taste
1. Add sugar if you want it sweeter, or more cheese powder for a stronger cheesy flavor.
