𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞

Ingredients:

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic, ginger, sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Stir-Fry: Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
4. Combine: Return the beef to the skillet. Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Serve: Drizzle with sesame oil if desired. Serve hot.

Shrimp, Snow Peas, and Mushrooms Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp. Trim the snow peas. Slice the mushrooms. Mince the garlic.

2. Stir-fry the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

3. Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

4. Stir-fry the Vegetables: Add the snow peas and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the snow peas are bright green and tender-crisp.

5. Combine and Season: Return the shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine and cook for another minute, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve hot. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles.

Healthy and Delicious Garlic Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the broccoli is well-coated.
Serve hot.
