Spicy Tuna-Tofu Sisig

Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
2 cuts ginger
2 pcs green chili
1 can Tuna (Spicy)
1 tub fresh Tofu
1 table spoon mayonnaise

Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients: Dice the tofu and chop the onion, garlic, and chilies.
2. Sauté the aromatics: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add the tofu: Add the diced tofu and cook until lightly browned.
4. Add the tuna: Mix in the flaked tuna and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Season: Add patis or salt, calamansi juice, mayonnaise and chopped chilies. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
6. Serve: Transfer the Spicy Tuna-Tofu Sisig to a sizzling plate. Garnish with chopped green chilies or calamansi.
