CLTC 2025: Where Future Leaders are Born...with a Few Laughs
The Crew Leader Training Course for Boy Scouts was a blast at Libjo Elementary School from Dec 5-7, 2025! Over 200 young leaders gathered to level up their skills, teamwork, and scouting game.
Day 1:
Ice-breakers and games like "Human Bingo" turned strangers into BFFs (Best Friends Forever...or at least until lunch).
Day 2:
Workshops and outdoor challenges taught them to communicate like pros, resolve conflicts like bosses, and make decisions like leaders (mostly). Campfire stories and reflections sealed the deal...and their friendships.
Day 3:
They crafted personal leadership commitments, received certificates, and learned that leadership is about intelligent coordination, discipline, and admitting when you're lost (compass exercise, LOL).
The CLTC was a wild ride that empowered young scouts to lead with confidence, humor, and a compass . Kudos to the BSP Batangas City Council for a resounding success!
The verdict? Boy scouting is not just about earning badges; it's about becoming a superhero with a sense of humor and a heart of gold!
