Not awareness—acceptance.

Because autistic people don’t need pity or fixing. They need understanding, support, and the freedom to be exactly who they are.

It’s not about “changing” them to fit the world. It’s about changing the world to be a safer, more inclusive place for them to thrive.

Listen to autistic voices. Respect their boundaries. Celebrate their strengths.

This month and every month

Things like stimming, sensory needs, social differences, or communication styles aren’t things to be corrected.
They’re part of who they are.

Acceptance looks like:
— Listening when autistic people speak about their own experiences
— Ditching harmful language like “high-functioning” or “mild”
— Supporting inclusion in schools, workplaces, and beyond
— Meeting autistic kids with understanding, not judgement
