You can never sell the goat you got like its sellers are selling.

You may have got the buh@y of goat delivery men—the three noble men who transport high breed goats from Luzon to Mindanao. But never, you can never sell the goats that they have cared for and entrusted to the owner, like selling with honor and trust.

Yes, you can slaughter the goats. You can sell it secretly. But you can't sell trust. You can't outstrip the price of reputation. Because the sale of goat—especially high-quality breeds like Boer—is not just business. It's a relationship built on trust, integrity and name.

For those who are wondering:
Why are goats bought in Batangas?
Why is it brought to Maguindanao?
It's simple—here in Luzon, quality breeds are already many. The price is not cheap. Inside the L300 of three transporters, the cheapest goat may be at ₱30,000, and some even reach more than ₱100,000. That's why it's interesting. That's why it's being planned. But you wouldn't understand—that the true value of a goat lies behind long-term care, proper treatment, and a good name.

To the k*m! t! I'm living just for some goats and some money:
Y'all don't know, the w! n@k@san ninyo is not just human. W! you've lost the trust of the industry. W! where did you see the life that was built for several years.

And most of all, many of you are affected who are also just earners—keepers, breeders, and buyers—because they are among the few transporting goats from Luzon to Mindanao. What you did was not just crim3n three persons, but contempt for the livelihood of the entire community.

And what hurts? Even if you hold the body of a goat, you will never get its true value.

Our deepest condolences to the families of the victims! —fathers, husbands, brothers, and friends who not only served as transporters, but also pillars of this industry. Your dedication and hard work will not go unnoticed.

29/05/2025

Mpox is an infectious disease that can cause a painful rash, enlarged lymph nodes, fever, headache, muscle ache, back pain and low energy. Most people fully recover, but some get very sick.

Mpox is caused by the monkeypox virus (MPXV). It is an enveloped double-stranded DNA virus of the Orthopoxvirus genus in the Poxviridae family, which includes variola, cowpox, vaccinia and other viruses. There are two distinct clades of the virus: clade I (with subclades Ia and Ib) and clade II (with subclades IIa and IIb).

A global outbreak of clade IIb began in 2022 and continues to this day, including in some African countries. There are also growing outbreaks of clades Ia and Ib affecting the Democratic Republic of the Congo and other countries in Africa. As of August 2024, clade Ib has also been detected beyond Africa.

The natural reservoir of the virus is unknown, but various small mammals such as squirrels and monkeys are susceptible.

Transmission

Mpox spreads from person to person mainly through close contact with someone who has mpox, including members of a household. Close contact includes skin-to-skin (such as touching or s*x) and mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-skin contact (such as kissing), and it can also include being face-to-face with someone who has mpox (such as talking or breathing close to one another, which can generate infectious respiratory particles).

People with multiple s*xual partners are at higher risk of acquiring mpox.

People can also contract mpox from contaminated objects such as clothing or linen, through needle injuries in health care, or in community settings such as tattoo parlours.

During pregnancy or birth, the virus may be passed to the baby. Contracting mpox during pregnancy can be dangerous for the fetus or newborn infant and can lead to loss of the pregnancy, stillbirth, death of the newborn, or complications for the parent.

Animal-to-human transmission of mpox occurs from infected animals to humans from bites or scratches, or during activities such as hunting, skinning, trapping, cooking, playing with carcasses or eating animals. The animal reservoir of the monkeypox virus remains unknown and further studies are underway.

More research is needed on how mpox spreads during outbreaks in different settings and under different conditions.

Signs and symptoms

Mpox causes signs and symptoms which usually begin within a week but can start 1–21 days after exposure. Symptoms typically last 2–4 weeks but may last longer in someone with a weakened immune system.

Common symptoms of mpox are:

rash
fever
sore throat
headache
muscle aches
back pain
low energy
swollen lymph nodes.
For some people, the first symptom of mpox is a rash, while others may have fever, muscle aches or sore throat first.

The mpox rash often begins on the face and spreads over the body, extending to the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It can also start on other parts of the body where contact was made, such as the ge****ls. It starts as a flat sore, which develops into a blister filled with liquid that may be itchy or painful. As the rash heals, the lesions dry up, crust over and fall off.

Some people may have one or a few skin lesions and others have hundreds or more. These can appear anywhere on the body including:

palms of hands and soles of feet
face, mouth and throat
groin and ge***al areas
a**s.
Some people also have painful swelling of their re**um (proctitis) or pain and difficulty when peeing (dysuria) or when swallowing.

People with mpox can pass the disease on to others until all sores have healed and a new layer of skin has formed. Some people can be infected without developing any symptoms. Although getting mpox from someone who is asymptomatic (not showing symptoms) has been reported, information is still limited on how common it is.

Children, pregnant people and people with weak immune systems, including people living with HIV that is not well controlled, are at higher risk for serious illness and death due to complications from mpox.

Some people with mpox become very sick. For example, the skin can become infected with bacteria, leading to abscesses or serious skin damage. Other complications include pneumonia; corneal infection with loss of vision; pain or difficulty swallowing; vomiting and diarrhoea causing dehydration or malnutrition; and infections of the blood (sepsis), brain (encephalitis), heart (myocarditis), re**um (proctitis), ge***al organs (balanitis) or urinary passages (urethritis). Mpox can be fatal in some cases.

WHY DOESN'T MY TODDLER LISTEN?

If you've ever said this (probably more than once a day)

— this post is for you.

Here's what most people don't realize:
Your toddler's brain isn't built for following directions perfectly.

It's built for exploring, feeling, and developing - slowly, beautifully, and a little chaotically.

Ignoring you doesn't mean they're disobedient.

• Meltdowns don't mean you've failed.

Struggling to follow through isn't manipulation — it's maturation.

This isn't about raising a perfect listener.
It's about growing a brain that knows safety, connection, and eventually... self-control.

So breathe, mama. Exhale, papa.
You're not doing it wrong.

You're doing the hard work of wiring trust into a tiny human's nervous system — and that's everything.💖

Paalam, munting anghel. Lumipad na kayo sa liwanag.🕊️

PARENTS LISTEN UP!!!

A teacher is grading his students' homework.
While she's doing this, her husband is wandering around the house, focused on her smartphone, distracted by her favorite game.
When he arrived at his final assignment, he silently broke into tears.

Her husband noticed this and asked:
— What happened?

He replied:
— Yesterday, I had students write letters. The title: “MY WISH.” ”

Husband be like:
— Okay, but why are you crying?

Holding back tears, husband's reply:
— While I was correcting the last paper, I couldn't help but cry.

Out of curiosity, the wife asked:
— What is written that is so touching?

The teacher began to read:

“My wish is to be a smartphone.
My parents love their smartphones so much.
They take good care of it, sometimes they forget to take care of me.
When Dad is so tired from work, he still has time for his smartphone—but nothing for me.
When Mom and Dad are doing something and the phone rings, they answer it immediately—but they ignore me even when I cry.
They are playing with the phone, but not with me.
When they talk to someone on the phone, they don't listen to me even if what I say is important.
So my wish is to be a smartphone. ”

Hearing those words, the wife was very emotional.
He asked:
— Who wrote that?

With tears in the eyes, the teacher replied:
— OUR CHILD.

PARENTS, take note of this:
Gadgets and electronic devices do a lot—but they're no substitute for the love for family and those we love.
Everything that's going around, children feel and notice.
Their experiences today will shape their minds and leave an imprint forever.
Let's nurture them—so they grow up with the right attitudes and not with false needs.

MAGING MAINGAT
