Dr. Ma . Rhoda Escalante Panganiban is an Assistant School Principal II of Tuy Senior High School, Graduate School Professor at Rizal College of Taal. She is also an author of book in Practical Research II for Senior High School.

She is well known for her expertise in thesis writing. An advisee of the Thesis Writing 2 in the Graduate School, and sit as panel in thesis defense from different institutions. General Secretary of the organization BRAVE in SDO Batangas Province.

A panel reactor in research caravan held by the DCBER. She became resource speaker in many conferences about research.

She received a lot of recognition in the field of research and recently awarded as Outstanding High School Master Teacher in the SDO Batangas.

Recently, the head of the Food Technology Research and Development Center. Her research focus is on food science and nutrition, food safety, and humanities.

With over two decades in education, I am a dedicated educator committed to fostering student growth and academic excellence. My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Sultan Kudarat State University in 2006. I later earned a Master of Arts in Education (Educational Administration) from Notre Dame of Tacurong College in 2012 and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Notre Dame of Marbel University in 2018.

Throughout my career, I have been honored with several prestigious awards, including the 2023 Most Outstanding Master Teacher "KAFNGABAL" at the regional level and the "SIKAT AWARD" at the Division level. I was also a National Qualifier for the Metro Bank Most Outstanding Filipinos award.

With 15 years of teaching experience in the Philippines and a year as a 3rd-grade teacher in the United States, I have gained valuable insights into diverse learning environments. Teaching in a competitive U.S. classroom, I work with foreign learners, helping them adapt, thrive, and excel academically. This experience has strengthened my ability to implement inclusive teaching strategies, foster cultural awareness, and address diverse learning needs effectively.

MAXIMINO MAZO MOTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Ysmael Reyes is 37 years old and a resident of Brgy. Guimpingan, Romblon, Romblon. He is now single and plans to settle down in the future.

He graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education at Romblon State College( now Romblon State University-Romblon Campus).

He studied also Masteral Degree major in Educational Management in his alma mater and graduated in 2022.

In the later part of the same year, he enrolled his Doctoral Degree major in Educational Management at Pacific Intercontinental College (PIC) and currently pursuing his Dissertation to complete the requirements needed to graduate on December 2025.

Mr. Reyes is currently teaching at Maximino Mazo Motin Elementary School, Barangay Alad Talisayan, Romblon, Romblon. Before he became a public school teacher, he was a teacher-volunteer in Kindergarten at Guimpingan Elementary School and a substitute teacher in the same school where he graduated in elementary.

He believes in the idea that every pupil has an innate characteristics and potentials that every individual child is unique. he encouraged his pupils to become a God-fearing citizen, pursue their studies, and be a good role model to society they belong.

JOSE LOPEZ MANZANO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Roselle B. Rivera, PhD., is an experienced educator and leader in Technology and Livelihood Education. She serves as the Head Teacher II at Jose Lopez Manzano National High School in Tuy, Batangas, overseeing the MAKABAYAN Department. A strong advocate of community involvement, Dr. Rivera spearheads Project COMMITS 2.0 (Community Involvement Through Service) and Project TEAM (Trained and Empowered Athletes’ Mindset), both of which promote holistic student development.

Her research focuses on enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes through differentiated instruction within the MATATAG Curriculum. She actively promotes school-community partnerships, serving as the Secretary of the Tuynians Zumba Club and an active member of the TANIM Project under the Tuy Vegetable Growers Association (TVGA).

Dr. Rivera holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Management, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence. She is also a Technical Working Group (TWG) member of the Sports Committee, serving for nearly three years in the MESS Team, ensuring food safety for Manlalarong Batangueño athletes at the Regional Athletic Meet and Palarong Pambansa.

Her commitment to education, research, and community service continues to inspire students and colleagues, making her a valuable asset to JLMNHS and the Batangas community.

Jay-ar Bugayong -- A Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), a polyglot/ multilingual, an aspiring artist-musician, and a prolific poet. A native of Pangasinan, an avid learner, a devoted writer and a language enthusiast. Speaks multiple languages such as English, Filipino, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, and expands knowledge up to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Greek, Norwegian, etc. He traverses the globe through numerous tongues and cultures.

Also, a composer-poet who loves to express one’s views through poetry and an aspiring artist who crafts calligraphy, caricature, origami, painting and even sculpture. He enjoys mind-boggling and fascinating activities such as board games, puzzles, chess, scrabble, game of the generals, juggling, Rubik's cube, and tunes into guitar, flute and piano. Learning has always been his passion and always looks forward to serving as inspiration to the rest of the world.

DR. JUAN A. PASTOR INTEGRATED NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Lion Prof. Dr. Cris T. Zita is a distinguished global educator, researcher, and keynote speaker, currently serving as the Head of the English Department at Dr. Juan A. Pastor Integrated National High School in Batangas. He is also a part-time college professor. Dr. Zita has made significant contributions to education, earning recognition as a prominent voice in international conferences and symposiums.

Dr. Zita holds membership in prestigious global organizations, including the International Advisory Board for the Indonesian Education Share-To-Care Volunteers and Langlit.org. He has received twelve international honorary doctorates for his outstanding work in education. His accolades include the Outstanding Head Teacher of the Year award, the Gawad Kadakilaan sa Edukasyon award, and the World Noble Peace Prize as a World Peace Ambassador.

His research contributions have earned him recognition as Asia’s Outstanding Researcher and multiple awards, including Outstanding Research Secondary Teacher and Best Paper Presenter. Dr. Zita is involved in various research organizations and NGOs, such as IPRH, NPRE, and IIGRE. He serves as the Manuscript Reviewer and Editor for the Instabright E-Gazette and as Director for Institutional Membership at the Instabright International Guild of Researchers and Educators.

Dr. Zita is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta and holds a Doctor of Christian Education from Regent Evangelical College. His work continues to inspire global collaboration and excellence in education.

Flordeliza A. Punongbayan is a Teacher III at Luntal Elementary School, Luntal Tuy, Batangas wherein she serves as Grade 3 Teacher, Research Coordinator, and Adopt a School Coordinator.

She had been the Publication Ambassador at Instabright Guild of Researchers and Educators, Inc.

She is a graduate of Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision at the Dr. Francisco L. Calingasan Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc. She is a graduate of Bachelor Elementary Education in the same institution where she took her master’s degree.

In addition, she is an International awardee as Outstanding Researcher held in Bangkok , Thailand October 13, 2023. 4th Placer on 2023 Division Conference of Basic Education Researchers Caravan conducted by Schools Division of Batangas through School Governance and Operation Division, Planning and Research Section on November 10,2023 at Tuy Central Office Tuy, Batangas.

She received an award being Third Place Outstanding Researcher in Tuy Sub -Office on September 16,2023. She published her research in an International Journal of Current Research and even Outstanding Individual in the Field of Education.

She was awarded as Outstanding Teacher of the Year at Luntal Elementary School, 2019. Recognized and awarded as Outstanding Community–Oriented Teacher, 2022.

Her philosophy in teaching is to develop learners which are holistically developed, equipped with critical thinking skills, and focused on Active Learning. In addition, she wants to develop learners who maintain the moral values being instilled by the society and the institutions of learnings while embracing the advancement of science and technology.
