Kapag nag-leave ka ng ilang araw, maaayos pa rin ba ang takbo ng trabaho?

O matataranta ang lahat kasi sanay silang ikaw ang gumagawa ng lahat?

Ang totoong lider, hindi kailangang laging nakabantay para lang gumalaw ang team.
Hindi mo kailangang maging all-around checker, fixer, at taga-salo ng lahat.
Leadership is about building people who can think, decide, and move on their own—kahit wala ka sa tabi nila.

❌ Hindi sustainable ang micromanagement.
🤖 Hindi ka robot. Hindi rin sila.
✅ Gawin mong goal ang magtiwala, magturo, at magpalakas ng loob.

Doon nagsisimula ang totoong leadership.

Maybe it’s time to choose what truly makes your heart happy.

Yung hindi lang dahil “dapat” o “kailangan” kaya ka pumapasok…
pero dahil may drive ka.
May excitement ✨
May growth 🌱
May “ikaw” sa ginagawa mo.

Alam mong hindi ka lang basta nagtatrabaho,
nag-iipon ka ng pangarap. 💭
At bawat pawis, bawat puyat,
bawat moment na parang gusto mo nang sumuko—
lahat yun may kabuluhan. ✅

Kasi this time, pinili mo ‘yung para sa’yo.
Hindi dahil sabi nila, kundi dahil alam mong ito yung gusto mo.
Yung kaya mong ipaglaban kahit mahirap.
Kasi kahit pagod ka, masaya ka. ☀️

Reminder lang:
Kapag hirap ka ngayon, hindi ibig sabihin mali ka.
Minsan kasi, part talaga ng process ang hirap.
Pero at least ngayon, alam mo sa sarili mong tama ka ng direksyon. 🧭

Kaya huwag mong sukuan ‘yan.
Huwag kang hihinto kasi nahihirapan ka.
Lahat ng premyo nasa dulo, hindi sa simula. 🎯
Tuloy lang.
Lumaban ka para sa sarili mo, para sa pangarap mo.
Para sa version mo na ngayon pa lang, ipinaglalaban mo na.
