"𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐧!" On this day we celebrate the 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 from the dead after his crucifixion, death, and entombment.

As we journey this Jubilee year of Hope, let us all keep the feeling of Easter in our hearts — That even after suffering we remain to be hopeful for what is to come and not what has happened.

Today we observe 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 as most often called. This days marks the 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection.

On this day, Jesus was lowered from the cross and was taken by Joseph of Arimathea to be buried and was entombed according to Jewish custom.

𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐀 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐋 || March 27, 2025

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 — STSS' official student council — wrapped up their agenda for the remainder of the year with a positive and productive 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. The council hopes that the Theresian community is as thrilled as they are for 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 they have been planning that are finally 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. 𝐏𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲, we honor and recognize the 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 as it marks it's 𝟑𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲.

This peaceful demonstration was a 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 for the Filipino people 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟔 despite of differing backgrounds and ideals to come together to usher in 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐫𝐚 — 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲.

💘𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐈𝐑 💕💖

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟑, Members of STSS' Official Student council, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, spearheaded the creation of a freedom wall where students and faculty could express their love for their peers 𝐚𝐬 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝. The freedom wall entitled "𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞" was the main attraction for the day of many students from both the Elementary and Junior High School Department.

The Club Presidents present at the finishing of the creation of the freedom wall also inaugurated the wall by being the first individuals to write their feelings and messages to express their love.
