Here are the requirements:
👉 KINDERGARTEN:
✅ Enrollment Form
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO/Local Copy)
✅ Pupil is 5 years old on or before August 31, 2024
👉 GRADE 1
✅ Enrollment Form
✅ Photocopy of Kindergarten Report Card/ECCD
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO/Local Copy)
👉 ALS
✅ Enrollment Form
✅ Any school document
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO/Local Copy)
👉 TRANSFEREES & RETURNING
✅ Enrollment Form
✅ Photocopy of Report Card from previous grade level
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO/Local Copy)
Registration starts at 7 am at the school covered court. You may also attach your requirements to the enrollment form and put in our drop boxes.
