For how many times na nagpabalik-balik ng Davao, it's my first time to take a picture in front of their city hall (plus with hardcopy photo pa).

It was not my plan to take pictures because I was alone at that time, but when I saw an elderly man na may bitbit na camera, I was not hesitant enough to ask him to take pictures (disclaimer: may bayad siya).

After that, he told me to wait and went to a nearby shop for printing. I waited for the hardcopies and it was worth it.

Although we have gadgets to capture and store countless memories, let’s not forget to appreciate the beauty of hardcopy pictures. There’s something special about holding a printed photo—something timeless that a screen can never replace.

A massive shoutout to all the photographers in that place. Their efforts in inviting their guests to take pictures are really appreciated.

If you plan to go to the city hall and take pictures, set aside your gadgets and approach the cameramen roaming around. Though it costs money, it means a lot to them for their efforts in keeping our memories alive. 📸💜
