As I humbly seek your support for another term, I reaffirm my unwavering commitment to helping build a government that is responsive, consistent, and grounded in accountability and action. What we need is not the passage of more laws that remain unimplemented, but leadership with the resolve and political will to carry out existing ones—and that is what I stand for.

Throughout my term, I focused not on the quantity of new legislation, but on ensuring that current ordinances are effectively implemented and serve the needs of our community. I have always prioritized enforcement over symbolic lawmaking—because meaningful change comes when policies are not only written, but faithfully executed.

Para isnan Ili ay Kalalaychan, let us continue moving forward—guided by strong governance, sincere public service, and the determination to make progress a reality.

Re: mauling incident that caused the killing of Jeffgarth Dongpopen

We acknowledge the growing concern and strong emotions surrounding the recent mauling incident. We want to assure everyone that the matter is being taken seriously, and a thorough investigation is currently being conducted by the appropriate police authorities.

At the same time, community leaders and concerned parties have begun dialogue and negotiations to help de-escalate tensions and seek a just and peaceful resolution.

We kindly ask the public to remain calm, avoid spreading unverified information, and allow due process to take its course. Our collective cooperation is vital in maintaining peace and ensuring that justice is served responsibly.

A LIFE TAKEN. A DREAM LOST.

We are deeply saddened and outraged by the brutal mauling and killing of our kaanakan Jefgart Dongpopen, a son full of dreams for the future, a student and at the same time a provider for his family whose life was taken far too soon. This act of violence has left a scar not only to his immediate family but to the whole Can-eo and Talubin communities and we cannot allow those responsible to walk free.

We urge anyone with information about the individuals involved in this horrific crime to come forward. If you know their whereabouts or have any knowledge that can help, please do the right thing—help bring justice to the victim and peace to all of us.
