"Cookies!" Kusinerong pobre "Storing Cookies Guide"
1. Crisp, thin cookies should be cooled then stored in containers with a loose cover. If they become soft, you can reheat them at a temperature of 300°F oven for about 5 minutes until crisp again.
2. Soft cookies must be cooled then kept in tightly covered containers to preserve their moistness.
3. Bar type cookies may be kept covered with plastic wrap in the pan.
4. Uncooked refrigerator cookie dough must be well-wrapped then stored either in the refrigerator or freezer.

Brazo De Mercedes
Preheat oven to 250°F temperature and grease 14 x 14 pan.

Ingredients:

Meringue :
10 Pieces of egg whites
1 teaspoon of cream tartar
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Filling:
10 Pieces of eggyolks
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Dusting:
Confectioners sugar

Procedures:
In the mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar, continue beating until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff but not dry. Fold in the vanilla. Spread meringue over prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Set aside

In the double boiler, combine all ingredients for the filling and cook until thick.

Prepare a sheet of brown paper and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Invert the bake meringue on the brown paper. Spread the filling evenly on it. Then roll tightly. Dust with more confectioners sugar.

"Lamb Casserole Recipe!"🧑‍🍳
**Ingredients:**
* 1 1/2 lbs lamb leg, boneless
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
* 2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
* 1 cup lamb broth
* 1 can tomato peeled, blended
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp dried rosemary
* Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. **Brown lamb:** In olive oil until Lightly brown. Set aside.
2. **Soften onions and garlic:** Then add carrots and potatoes.
3. **Combine lamb and veggies:** With lamb broth, Tomato peeled, tomato paste, and rosemary. Arrange well and evenly.
4. **Transfer to baking dish:** Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1.5 hours.
5. **Remove foil:** Bake additional 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden. Happy eating foodies!

"Sharing Apple and Berry Cake!"
Preheat oven into 180°C temperature and grease a 20 x 30 shallow baking tin and line with baking paper.
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter unsalted
1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
4 pieces eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 large apples, quarter cut and thinly sliced
150g of blue berries
150g of black berries
Icing sugar for dusting

Procedures:
In the mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs gradually, beating well after each addition and add vanilla, continue mixing until smooth. Set aside
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and soda gradually even. Pour into butter mixture and continue stirring until thoroughly combine. Spread into prepared tin half of the mixture. Arrange apple and berries evenly, pour the remaining mixture gently. Bake for 40 minutes until cooked and golden. Cool for 30 minutes before lifting into a wire rack. when completely cooled dust with icing sugar and cut into squares.
