𝟏.𝟑𝐌 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐮 𝐒𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐨𝐧; 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥

𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤: Personnel of Kalilangan Municipal Police Station led by 𝐏𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐎 𝐌 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐉𝐑, 𝐎𝐈𝐂 conducted buy-bust operation at P-3, Brgy. Kinura, Kalilangan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of alias “Niel”, High Value Individual, 41 years old, male and a resident of Zone 10, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗯𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟬.𝟵 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟭,𝟯𝟲𝟲,𝟭𝟮𝟬.𝟬𝟬.

The arrested suspect together with pieces of evidences were brought to Kalilangan MPS for proper disposition and will be further forwarded to Provincial Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examinations. Cases for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165 were prepared by against the arrested suspect.

𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲: Personnel of Kalilangan Municipal Police Station led by PCPT ROMEO M ARCILLA JR, Officer In-Charge (lead unit) together with RMFB-10, 1004th Coy 2nd PB in coordination with BUK PIU conducted buy-bust operation at P-3 Bangbang, Kalilangan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of a 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚.𝐤.𝐚 “𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠”, jobless, 31 years old, and his live-in partner, 32 years old, self-employed, both residents of P-1 Kiharong, Maramag, Bukidnon.

The total weight of seized shabu is more or less 𝟏𝟎𝟒.𝟗 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐮𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 of 𝐏𝐡𝐩 𝟕𝟏𝟑,𝟑𝟏𝟎. 𝟎𝟎. Cases for violation of Article II, Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 were prepared against the suspects.

"𝙄 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙛𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙪𝙣𝙬𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙧𝙪𝙜𝙨. 𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙙𝙧𝙪𝙜 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚," 𝙋𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝘾𝙐𝙇𝘼𝙒𝘼𝙔 said.

The arrested suspect, along with the seized items, was brought to Kalilangan Municipal Police Station for proper documentation and disposition. The confiscated drug items will be further submitted to the Provincial Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examinations.

All confiscated ma*****na plants and leaves were burned on-site. A representative sample was collected and will be submitted to the Bukidnon Provincial Forensic Unit in Malaybalay City for laboratory examination.

𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲: Personnel of Malaybalay City Police Station led by PCPT LANCE ELPEDIO L FIGURACION, together with BUK PIU, RSOU 10 and 3rd Platoon, 1004th MC, RMFB 10, conducted police operation against most wanted person at Freedom Park, Barangay 4, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of a 46-year-old male, married, laborer and a resident of Purok-6, Barangay Silae, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon and a 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟒 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 by 𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐰𝐨 (𝟐) 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐭. 𝟐𝟔𝟔-𝐀(𝟏)(𝐃) 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐭. 𝟐𝟔𝟔-𝐁 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐏𝐂 as Amended by RA 8353 docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 45809-25M & 45810-25M with bail no bond recommended.

The arrested person is now under the custody of Malaybalay City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
