Delikado ba ang bulok na ngipin?
Quick answer: YES. Walang paligoy-ligoy pa.

Kapag bulok kasi ang ngipin, kadalasan may infection ‘yan. Ibig sabihin, MAY NANA. At kapag kumalat ang nana sa dugo, puwedeng magdulot ng:
🫀Bacterial endocarditis (kapag ang infection ay kumalat papunta sa puso. )
🧠Brain abscess (kapag ang infection ay kumalat papunta sa utak. )
👄Ludwig’s angina (kapag kumalat sa spaces sa bibig)

Ano ang common denominator ng tatlong ‘yan? NAKAMAMATAY.

Kaya huwag balewalain ang bulok na ngipin. Hindi lang ito tungkol sa sakit o bad breath, pwede itong magdulot ng life-threatening na kondisyon. 🦷💀

Hello poooo! Karaniwang protocol namin is lahat ng dapat bunutin, bunutin muna bago pustiso. But this case is an exception. May mga natitira pa sa likod, but we decided to move forward with the denture.

Bakit? Because behind her smile is a story of bullying. Imagine having to transfer from one school to another dahil sa pambubully sa kanyang ngipin. Nakakalungkot isipin na at such a young age, she already carries the burden of going to school and facing her bullies.

Kaya sobra kaming thankful kay Lord for using us, as an instrument to not just restore her smile, but also help her gain back her confidence. ♥️

This one will forever hold a special place in our hearts. 🦷✨

“Doc galing ako sa DIY BRACES, pwede pa ba ako magpa braces?”

Yes po, kung okay pa ang bone support mo! Gaya na lang sa case namin na ito. Kung akala mo wala nang pag asang lumabas ang nakatagong ngipin, wala na chance maayos ang ngiti at kagat mo, pwes nagkakamali ka!

Here’s an ortho case progress of our patient na galing sa DIY Braces. Nabunot ang isa nyang ngipin due to severe damage from the diy braces. Now we reshaped the lateral to central para madaya yung ngipin nyang nawala. Gingivectomy will be performed next time to enhance the smile. Slight discoloration of the reshaped tooth due to colored and staining food consumption by our patient. All restorations will be replaced.

Hello po! Ang daming nagmemessage sakin asking for free dental services. Alam ko po na for some mabigat sa bulsa ang pagpapadentista. Kaya ginawa ko po itong fb group na ito para sa lahat ng nangangailangan ng libreng dental services. Also this is to help clinicians find patients to complete their requirements and eventually para makagraduate. So it’s a win-win situation no?
