‎We were blessed to celebrate the Rites of Confirmation during the second day of the Pastoral Visitation of Most Rev. Cosme Damian R. Almedilla, DD, Bishop of the Diocese of Butuan.
‎
‎The Sacrament of Confirmation, one of the seven sacraments of the Catholic Church, confirms and strengthens the grace we first received in Baptism. It is through this sacrament that the faithful are given with the gift of the Holy Spirit.

‎May the newly confirmed remain steadfast in faith and courageous in their mission as children of God.

After a fruitful conversation with the Parish Community, our beloved Bishop visited one of the six zones under our parish.

He was warmly welcomed at the Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados Chapel (Zone 4), Barangay Amparo, Butuan City, where he personally met, interacted, and had a conversation with the Zone Community, Family Group Leaders, and other members of the chapel community.

After the Arrival of Bishop to the Liturgical Reception, The Pastoral Visitation Team headed by the our Beloved Bishop immediately engage with the Parishioners.

While the Bishop engage with Parishioners through The Bishop’s Conversation with the PPC, PFC, WESTOY - V, GKK, FG LEADERS, and other Ministries and Religious Organizations, Other members of the Pastoral Visitation Team conducted the Conversation in the Spirit, Checking of Parish Documents and Files, and Checking of the Parish Facilities.
